The Employee Assistance Program web site is provided by Partners Healthcare System, Inc., a non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system in Eastern Massachusetts. The site is a confidential liaison between the employees of Partners Healthcare System and community resources or referral programs to assist with various life issues including Balancing Work & Family, Stress Management, Work Issues, Substance Abuse/Addiction, Illness/Loss and Parenting Concerns.

The MCD Studio expanded the client's “Seasons of Life” tagline into the EAP web site. The web site's soft color palette was chosen due to the sensitive nature of some of the issues being discussed. The MCD created web site enables ease of use for the user to link internal and external websites offering resources for various topics.

In 2005 MCD redesigned this web site.
