Harvard Longwood Psychiatry

The Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program is a four-year accredited program in general psychiatry. It is sponsored by the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and by three institutions - Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Massachusetts Mental Health Center. The program builds on long and rich traditions of the participating institutions. Fifteen residents are accepted into each year of the Longwood Medical Area program located within a few blocks of Harvard Medical School.

This web site encompasses a massive amount of varying information for visitors and members of the Longwood community. MCD fulfilled the site requirements of expandability and ease of navigation by using photos and color to represent each section. Within the site you may apply to the program, discover clerkship and residency training opportunities, view core and elective courses and familiarize yourself with the Training Directors and Faculty to name a few. This site assists residents to become leaders in psychiatry.
